Position Overview:
Smile Education is currently seeking an experienced and passionate KS2 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Walsall. This role offers the opportunity to inspire and educate students in Key Stage 2, contributing to their academic and personal development.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in accordance with the KS2 curriculum, fostering a love of learning among students.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued, respected, and motivated to succeed.
- Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and implement targeted interventions to support individual learning needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support the holistic development of each student, maintaining open and effective communication.
- Uphold high standards of behaviour and academic achievement, instilling a strong sense of responsibility and aspiration in students.
Qualifications and Requirements:- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Previous experience teaching in Key Stage 2, with a strong understanding of the curriculum and assessment requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
- A passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
- Flexibility, resilience, and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges in the classroom.
